The sandwiches are good but the preparation is inconsistent. Sometimes I get a really good sub and sometimes (like this visit) I get one that doesn’t have the ingredients across the entire sandwich or is missing ingredients. I like them but it will be a long time before I return, if ever.

We have been going here on a weekly basis. Last week they messed up our order. This week they missed it up again. I drove back to the store with the receipt in hand and it obviously did not match the order. The manager on duty didn’t apologize and grabbed the sandwiches that were wrong and threw them in the trash. Then when they started remaking the sandwiches I spoke up because they were wrong again. When I returned home they still were not correct. How hard is it to fix a number 1 slim with ham and cheese???

My experience here is always fantastic. Everyone that works there is always very friendly and food is ready quickly. Tonight was no different, except when I walked in the young lady working was sitting on one of the back counters that she had to get off of to ring out my order. I understand that there are times you need to sit. I work 8 hours a day on my feet so I totally understand the need to sit. I just think the counter or table or whatever it was is not the best place to do that. Just a bit unprofessional and not very sanitary.

Jimmy Johns markets itself as having “freaky fast” delivery. That is not true for this location. On a multitude of occasions I have waited over 30 minutes for 1 sub. I have also ran late for a meeting due to their inability to delivery quickly or within a reasonable time. Will not spend my money here nor will I use them to cater our meetings anymore.

30+ minutes late to a business 2 miles away. Poor customer service over the phone. We refused delivery and ordered from Southern Salads.. always a winner and prompt delivery!

Definitely not freaky fast! I live 3 minutes away and I guess due to a lack of drivers it took 30 minutes. Luckily I called to find out what’s the hold up and of course canceled. My thing is, if there is an issue with delivery, say that. I could have drove and got it.

This Jimmy John’s in particular is not very fast or accommodating. I very clearly asked for no tomatoes or sprouts. And watched them make my sandwich with both; when I let them know that isn’t what I asked for i was posed the question “are you allergic?”. I’m sure that shouldnt matter; I just dont want to eat it. When I said no they simply opened my sandwich and removed some of the ingredients and handed it back to me … I guess for it to matter to them how my order is made it would have had to kill me. Cool.
