Placed a mobile order. Upon pickup, bag seemed light. Opened bag and found there was no combo items: cookie/chips missing, ranch on side missing. Waited in line to get items, line staff didn’t seem concerned with items missing.

Ugh. Tried it twice before reviewing but its just not good. Bread tastes like plastic play food, and it doesn’t matter what all is in the sandwich it just never tastes good. Or really like anything at all. BUT the employees both times were sweet and helpful!

“Freaky Fast” “Only delivering within 5 minutes” is in print in the receipt, yet it rarely happens for me. They have taught me that if I want to eat during my 30 minute lunch I had better call 10-15 minutes ahead of time. Called after 40 minutes to find out the status of my order and was told, “Sorry, there are only 2 drivers and 15 orders on the board.” Yep, it is sorry. Not again and I will be sure to talk anyone out of it. Sad, because it is a great sandwich.

The Beaufort Jimmy Johns has excellent service, staff and cleanliness. I eat here often and enjoy everyone’s company and smiles. The veggies are fresh and the meat taste fantastic. I love all of the employees, especially Michelle. She is very considerate and always puts the customer first. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Stopped by in store and waited over 15 minutes for a small sandwich? 3 employees and only 1 was making sandwiches while chatting it up with the other workers. “Freaky fast” probably refers to how fast the customers left after waiting so long.

Accidentally delivered to the wrong address (common mistake that Amazon and UPS have committed as well). The owner was professional, apologetic, and fixed everything. The food is always good at any Jimmy Johns, but I was impressed with the genuine customer service at this one in particular. The staff is personally invested in their product. I’ll be back frequently.

Friendly staff but the bread was hard as a rock, the avocado way overripe, and they don’t even carry sprouts despite having them on the menu. Not impressed at all. Definitely not up to the standards of other Jimmy John’s.
