I ordered a BLT with cheese yesterday & you know they extra for cheese. Anyways they forgot to put the cheese on I called and they said come in tomorrow and we’ll fix that for you and I said thank you do you need anymore information and she said no you’re good just come in tomorrow! I went in today to the same jimmy johns that messed up my sub the day before and told them “hey I called yesterday you, you guys forgot cheese” they seemed very confused and kept telling me nobody here knows about that. Long story short no matter what you guys should’ve helped me out as a loyal customer of jimmy johns! This JJ shop on Main Street has the WORST customer service and the women there are very rude and distasteful. ITS JUST A SUB YOU EITHER HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS OR LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS. Please fix you customer service. Thank you.

The slowest delivery around. Their advertisement really needs to change. Freaky Fast is the complete opposite of this company. Less than two minutes from my house ordered from here a couple dozen times and takes at minimum 45 minutes. Same spiel every time. Driver will be there in 15 minutes. There are way to many options to choose from for food in this area. The franchisee and corporate really need to reevaluate how this store is operated. Have decided to not order from here again.

Ordered lunch for myself today, and asked for a joke to be included on the bag. The manager did not disappoint with the quality of joke requested. They got my sandwich to me in under 10 minutes. The food was prepared perfectly, and the delivery guy was awesome! Will certainly give them my business again and again.

Great, great, great subs! The bread melts in your mouth, the delivery times are unreal, the staff is awesome (at least the staff who took my order.) Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They don’t have a giant selection of toppings, but the toppings that they do have are FRESH! If you go, and you like Italian subs, get the #9. Pretty darn tasty….
