I just left Jimmy John’s in Suwanee. What a horrible experience! The guy just put my sandwich on the counter & seemed shocked when I asked for bag. There were no bags, no ice & the sandwich was disgusting. I ordered an unwich, the lettuce was brown and the meat was old. The customer service was horrible, that guy wasn’t welcoming. I still left a tip b/c I like supporting businesses. I will never return or eat at a Jimmy John’s again.

“Catering” service leaves a lot to be desired. Placed my order for 9 box lunches a day in advance and waited 27 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, making me late for my appointment. They were working on a large delivery order when I arrived and I overheard them discussing how it was a last minute call in. Not sure why that would take precedence over my scheduled order, but it did. My order was obviously thrown together as some of the ingredients were sparse and some had no identification on the box or the sandwich wrapper as to what they were. I don’t believe I nor the customers I was feeding will be back.

Horrible experience. I ordered my food for delivery on their app and they NEVER delivered my food. I tried calling multiple times, and they eventually closed. I am extremely upset and will be contacting corporate. This is unacceptable!

The Jimmy Johns in Johns Creek is always out of ice. When I asked an employee why, their response was that the owner is too cheap to replace the machine. We were going to eat there until we saw the sign again that said no ice – this is going on at least 2 years now!!!

Just now I took three veg sandwiches number 6 and what a bad sandwich. Bread was so hard and filling was not complete plus seems to be Old. This is first time I had such kind of Jimmy JOhns. Will send email to corporate too. Please do check your order, open it and count what is there and quality too.
