Ridiculous amount of mayonnaise. Since the first three bites were full of it, I opened the sandwich. It was obvious these people just slopped on what must have been three tablespoons. Went right on the garbage. Ruined my dinner, wasted my time and money. $10 sandwich and they’re in there messing around like they work at burger king.

Do not order from this location if you do not have time to dispute an incorrect order. I ordered the Italian night, favorite combo, and all I got was ham and cheese. It was supposed to come with capicola, salami, ham and cheese. When I called to see if they could correct my sandwich, Claudia said there was no manager on duty and I had to wait for them because she wasn’t a manager. She then informed me there was a manager about to walk through the door because she was not a general manager. She couldn’t help me. It’s a lot of money to spend on food that is incorrectly made.

Tired to walk in at 7:45pm the door was locked, despite 2 employees and all lights being on inside. Went to my car and tried to order online (after verifying that they did indeed close at 9pm). About 10 minutes I get a call from a “manager” saying that they closed at 7pm. I told her the hours say 9pm and she lied and said they were short staff (she didn’t realize I was the one at the door earlier and had clearly seen them inside not doing anything. They refunded my money but honestly it’s just annoying because they clearly just wanted to go home an hour early. Had to go to another location just because of that. Very annoyed.

Took 30 minutes to get my online order after I had already arrived at the store. Two employees working and one of them was not helping to make any sandwiches. They put pesto on one of the sandwiches even though it specifically stated not to put it on in the order. (The person who it was for is allergic).

The worst location. Called and spoke to a manager named Tish about my rewards not being loaded into my account for my free sub. Had the NASTIEST attitude so much so that I had to hang up. I asked a simple yes or no question and the vitriol in her tone is so sickening. Went to another location and my problem was solved without any hassle. Don’t go here. Bad representation of the company.

Jimmy John so call Veggie meal is not something something I will not buy.. The company I work for spent over 1,1000 for our staff with different meal boxes.. Worst JJ’s experience I’ve ever had. No orders came out for about 5 minutes because they were working on a web order. After the three people behind me got their sandwiches, I asked about mine. The guy making sandwiches looked like deer in the headlights. He had to ask a lady, who couldn’t find my ticket. She was nice and said she’d make my sandwich right away, but then forgot about it. After about four more orders, she looked up at me and said oops I forgot your order again. Then after I got my sandwich, one half of the bread was hard and crusty. I’ve never had bread like that from Jimmy John’s before. 20 minutes for a sandwich is not freaky fast. I would recommend Church Street location over this place.

Went to this location today to place a decent size order for our office. It was 12:08pm. We were told they didn’t have enough bread. We asked what they would do if 8 customers walked in and they said turn them away. They acted like they didn’t care that they did not have any and didn’t offer to make any. They lost probably $200 today. Hope the owner enjoys that.

TERRIBLE costumer service. We came in and no one else was in there. The girl working the first desk looked miserable and would barely look at us or smile. It took them almost an hour to get my group (4 sandwiches made). None of the workers seemed concerned at all… just made the sandwiches super slow. I had avocado spread on my sandwich and it didn’t come on there. I asked for it on the side just to make it simple and the girl made a big deal about it and would not give it to me. We just proceeded to leave after that.
