I usually love Jimmy Johns but this location is horrible. The first time a came here i found a fly in my sandwich, then this time, the lady at the drive through was rude and rushed me through my order. When i came home i was surprised at the low quality of the sandwich, the bread was burnt in a way I have never seen before, as well, the produce looked dirty. I would not recommend coming to this location if you like JJ’s!

I felt very rushed to order my sub and was asked what I wanted by her naming all the toppings at 100 miles per hour not understanding what she said. I’m use to being able to see what I want for my option of toppings on my sub. So I said everything except tomatoes and I just get lettuce, mayo and cheese.

Horrible customer service. I waited there for them to take my order for ever, while one guy was hard at work making sandwiches and this other guy was doing nothing but watching the other guy make sandwiches. I stood there observing for five minutes before I just walked out and went to Publix to get real service. He could’ve at least come to take my order several times! I will never go there ever again!!!!

Paid $9+ for a half empty chicken caesar wrap. Hardly any chicken, was full of lettuce and croutons. Even if it was stuffed full, wouldn’t be worth $9 w/no side or drink included. Used to really be into Jimmy John’s, but it seems the prices are rising and the amount you receive is lower. 2 stars only because they guy at the window was nice.

Brutal. Ordered the new “chicken salad” wrap, but it was more of a salad wrap.. this wrap had dry chicken and loads of toppings. The lady in side can’t seem to get orders right. Guy at the window was nice tho. Go down the road to the other location because this one was awful.

The last two visits to this location have been frustrating. The first one they just forgot ingredients on my sandwich, I ordered the number 7 and they left off the hot peppers. Not terrible and mistakes do happen so I understood. This time however, they completely made the entirely wrong sandwich somehow. If I’m going to be paying $20 here to eat I at least expect the correct order even somewhat.
