Online order was placed, the location made the sub incorrectly and I didn’t discover this until arriving home. The #12 on the receipt doesn’t match the picture. Extra mayonnaise was add and missing all add ons. The store refunded the charges but I didn’t get my favorite sub. This location is normally great.

I think this location missed the “freaky fast” memo from corporate. And that’s not just a recent issue as slow service has been an issue here for years. Compared to other Jimmy John’s locations, this one thanks as the worst because of how far off the mark it is from the rest of the franchise.

I walked in after placing my order and had to wait for over 40 minutes to actually receive it. When I received it, I had half of my order missing. When I opened the wrapping, there was an entire head of lettuce covering the meat with what felt like a quart of Mayo saturating the insides. Overall I just could not enjoy the food for the time and quality.

Got a sandwich last night right befire closing so maybe that’s why there was only 1 tin layer of ham on my sub!! Ate a section today and was so disappointed! I’m going to call today when they open. They are new to me but if this is how they make a sandwich regularly it’s my last time! Basically a bread sandwich and that was hard on the bottom!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!! I ordered an Italian sandwich to go and when I got home it was turkey and literally was completely different from what I told/paid them to make. This new ownership is a disaster. This is the last time I will ever spend money at this place. Plus on top of all of this and I was the only one at the register waiting to order and it literally took me at least 10 minutes for anyone to get my order because they were so worried about the health department who had just come in to do an inspection.

I waited my turn with who was ahead of me, but when my food was finally ready. At the register called the lady behind me to go on and pay for hers, first. When my Philly sandwich was ready behind her. I tried to let her know, today. But, she did not care!! I had to get back to work and had to leave w/out my Philly. I never write reviews, but this is the WORST experience I ever had here!!!

Be prepared for a minimum wait of 20-30min for a single sandwich even if you order ahead and already waited 20min before going to pick up. What happened to this place? The sandwiches used to be made better and the service was much faster.

Im not gonna lie I haven’t been here in a year due to the last time i went it was horrible. I heard there was new managment and wanted to try it again. It was actually good i was blown away, the last staff they had was horrible this staff was amazing and friendly and the sub came out great. Im only giving 4 stars because i have had nothing but bad experiences at this location before but if i go back and it’s amazing again i will definetly change this to 5 stars. You should give this loaction a retry because it was actually really awesome today.

I won’t be going back. The tuna taste like subway smh so I assumed it was new ownership and I asked and of course it was. Now it taste pretty gross . Thanks new ownership.
