I despise writing negative reviews – it takes a lot for me to feel the need to tell a negative experience. But unfortunately, I found a bug in my Italian Unwich yesterday. It was tucked inside the lettuce wrap portion. Thankfully I had only taken 3 bites. Needless to say I threw the rest away. So I’m just here to say to check your lettuce before you take a bite.

Ordered a ham sandwich with no cheese, lettuce tomato pickles and mustard. Get home to no mustard and CHEESE on it. The register girl was nice but the sandwich maker was rude. I’m allergic to mayo and ripped her gloves off with an attitude when she had to redo the sandwich. My fiance has never been and I told him how great it was (my experience at a Florida location). Totally disappointed in a $9 sandwich that’s made wrong and with an attitude

I’ve ordered pick up from here 3 times now. I just downloaded the app today. It was quick and easy to sign up then order. This particular shop is quick, clean, and all the staff have always been friendly as well as kind. Not a big fan of where the store is located but I can deal just to get a good sandwich. About 4 or 5 tables are inside to eat at, and a pick up for online orders as well. Love this place.

Ordered remotely from Florida for our crew on the railroads up in Georgia and had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Kristen. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. I hadn’t been here in a while and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and attention to detail under the new management. The staff was friendly and super quick. My crazy picky child couldn’t decide and they were so sweet to her. My unwhich was delicious and stayed together to make eating it easy…something many wraps at other places fail to do. I highly recommend checking them out or coming back if you haven’t been by recently!
