Today I order my usual and was so excited at the way it was being made today. The tomatoes were perfectly set for every bite, they didn’t forget my cheese and it was so neat! I complimented the worker to find out he was the assistant Manager! Amazing! He had amazing customer service and gave a great feel! He restored my love for JJ!!

Under new ownership and no delivery driver available AFTER taking an order for delivery but this location still took the order and charged my coworkers card! The sad part is they didn’t start making the order! Our building is around the corner and they could’ve at least canceled it or communicated their issues. I don’t like to write negative reviews but this is unacceptable!

Please bring back the old management/owners! Since the new owners have been here, it’s been issue after issue. Today was the final issue for me, and me and my team have been LOYAL customers. 50 minutes after placing our order, I call to check on status since they USED to be super fast (previous owners) and was then informed that they don’t have any delivery drivers! Why was my order accepted online, and why was my card charged? I don’t wish bad on anyone but with this lack of service, they won’t last long. The previous owners obviously set the bar WAY TOO HIGH for these folks to reach it.

Just left this location at 7:35 p.m. and there were 3 people inside, one works at smoothie king. On Apple Maps and here on Google it says they close at 9 p.m. The young girl with twists in her hair starred at me as I waited at the door and did not say anything to me. Once she came out she rolled her eyes at me. I asked if they were closed and she said yes. I said it says online that you all close at 9. She said it’s wrong. Her, the middle aged woman and the girl from smoothie king all had attitudes. I’m going to be making a formal complaint with their cooperate office. Terrible attitudes and they’re definitely lying about the hours. They’re just lazy and trying to get off early. I should’ve read that young girl rolling her eyes at me. Super ghetto and disrespectful.

CALL FIRST! I have been to this location 3 times and they were closed during listed business hours. It’s a very laid back and unprofessional location. I have since found another (further away) as I like the food, but this particular location is not at all a good representation of the brand. Often there are people “friends” of the staff hanging about vaping etc. Good food, terrible store specifically.

Ok…My company was having inventory we decided to use Jimmy Johns as an option for dinner. I came into the establishment to order, however two young ladies were standing behind the counter, the young lady was doing the other young lady hair around the food. I spoke to the lady (Manager) to ask them not to do hair around the food, she said something them and it was attitude from then on. I started to walk out, but know it wasn’t about me it was about my team. I went to pick up the food which was over a $ 600 purchase; and as I was waiting to get the food a young man from Duncan Donuts came in and stated, is this that the lady you were talking about to the Manager. I replied yes WHY?

Don’t order online this place is horrible!!! Order online and the place isn’t open. Online shows they are open. According to customer service it’s separately owned. No one answers phone and it’s been days of my $$$ being taken without return from an online order never processed. If you really want good service go to Stockbridge.
