Sandwich was very bad. They didn’t put enough lettuce on it and jalapeños on it. The two people didn’t want to make my sandwich tonight. Between 7:15 and 7:20. It was a guy and a girl worker there on their phone. This is real bad service and their attitude was very stink. Please owner correct this situation.

We ordered in house for a party of two; thus was for lunch time, no wait. Both sandwiches were fresh and to order. Drinks were at the fountain. We had no issues. Definitely, we would come back to this location. Staff very friendly and helpful. All ingredients were fresh.

The food is good but the delivery service is horrible and needs to be fixed or discontinued. Twice I’ve ordered lunch to be delivered and both times it was late. The first time it was 45 minutes late and the second time was over an hour late, when I called to get the status on the order I was told that “the order hasn’t left yet but rest assured it has been made”. Like the food sitting there is getting it to where it’s going before the lunch hour is done. Both times I’ve ordered right when they opened.

Worst Jimmy John’s I have had to deal with. This location is 3.5 miles from where I get food delivered and for the last year and a half we have never gotten our food in less than an hour and a half. They’re supposed to be freaky fast and not once have they been. I put in an order today at 11:11 it is now 12:39 and still haven’t received my food. Horrible!

I wasn’t impressed at all with the food. Basic sandwiches nothing special. We had never been here before and when I wanted to order just a basic Turkey sandwich they said well you have to order the # on the board. I said ok I’ll take the turkey # whatever that is…so bizarre. The menu wasn’t easy to follow and little options to add. What makes a great sandwich is all the toppings and condiments, it was lacking.
