I asked for the Roast beef and cheese After being told it’s best to get the #8 Billy club roast beef with cheese through the drive thru I asked them to add tomatoes add cheese no mustard no ham and to be cut 1/2. Well this is what I received. There was no tomato’s and no Cheese plus it was not cut. Maybe next time if there is one

Slow service, never answer at the drive thru, and staff is not up on customer service. After paying for my combo, I asked the young lady about my drink and sides she said “oh they right there.” So I had to get my own cup and side. The tables were dirty, and the young lady messed up my order with me saying it to her because the other one couldn’t get my order in the register.

Stopped by the Eagles Landing Jimmy John’s on last evening, May 11th, and didn’t realized this business closes at 9:00p. There was a tall heavy black man whom had apparently just started to clean the store (he was on the phone initially) I waited, and after he concluded his call I proceeded to ask about the business hours of the store, without turning around to face me, he “sarcastically” and “condecendingly” stated we close at 9:00 EVERY night. I said thank you, and left the store.

This has to be the most incompetent location ever. They are rude, do not greet customers, never apologize for their screw ups and never have good customer service. I placed a pick up order and been sitting in drive through well over 15 minutes. The girl comes to the window “you waiting on something?” No apology, no greeting, just rude. Every time I come here the experience is terrible. I’ll start driving farther to get better service.

Ice machine was down, and I’m ok with. I got a drink anyways and was gonna drink it with out ice. When I tried the drinks they where all bad tasting. I let them know the drinks didn’t taste right and they said I needed to by a bottle drink, and that the ice machine being broken would make the drinks not taste good. I also got no receipt with my order even when I asked for one they gave me attitude and still didn’t give me my receipt.

I placed an online order today. I received a phone call about 30 minutes after saying they could not deliver due to staffing. While I was initially irritated, when I arrived I quickly changed my attitude. Memory was the only employee working. She knew she would be by herself until closing, and she continued to take care of every customer with a smile and a gentle tone. A hard worker is hard to find and you have a gem!
