I’m livid! This location is 0.3 miles from where I’m located and I completed an order over a 1/2 hr before they closed. I ordered through the app and when 5:50pm came around and my order status was still “Received”, then I just figured that it would automatically issue a refund. I checked the app at 6:15pm and lo and behold…The order status was still “received” but I had a new reward available so I checked the order history and it showed delivered and I WAS charged for the food that was never delivered. At exactly 6:27pm I called the location and a guy answered and I asked about why the order tracking only shows received but order history shows delivered and my order history shows delivered. It was a rhetorical question. I knew the answer. He then had the audacity to tell me that he didn’t have any drivers. If that were true, then why accept the order in the first place? Why not reject the order or notify my when you knew you couldn’t complete the order? He said that he could void the order and I asked when I should receive confirmation. Since I ordered through then there should be no reason why there isn’t evidence of a refund. He said “I don’t know how to do that” and informed me that his GM would be in the store in the morning. I’ll certainly be making that call. If I had taken their food and given no money then I’d be guilty of theft. He took my money PLUS tip and I got no food. Now…what do you call that? After reading several of the other reviews, I’m inclined to believe that the people giving the worst reviews are correct.

Today during the lunch rush, the cashier apparently missed his customer service training sessions (all of them)…. the other two staff members were very helpful, and I appreciate how apologetic they were for their cashier’s ignorance. If he’s there, we won’t be patronizing. Bad service can ruin a good business!

There is nothing “Freaky Fast” about this Jimmy John’s location. I have ordered via mobile app about 5 times over the last year, and every time, it has taken OVER AN HOUR to receive my order of a single sandwich. Every time I have had to call and ask where my food is. They have never apologized in the slightest or tried to fix it with compensation/coupon. I have given this location multiple chances, and they fail. Won’t be trying it again. There are other more reliable sandwich shops in downtown Atlanta. Try Reuben’s Deli (so fresh and delicious) or even Sensational Subs (always fast service, even in a rush).

Went here today after ordering online. Got there about 10 min after we ordered thinking it would be ready. We were in the store about an hour while they served all the walk-ins before our order. They told us after they finished the “rush” that they ran out of turkey and could not make 7 out of 8 of the sandwiches on our list without waiting another 30 min for them to cut meat or cancel our order. Asked if they could move it to delivery and they said I would have to cancel my order and re-order online. She handed me the receipt and said I could order from that. HORRIBLE Location. WIll not be going back. Serving in-store orders before us is ridiculous when I ordered ahead of time and was already waiting in store. I hope they put something worthwhile in this location. Maybe another Reuben’s deli. That place is the BEST!

I’ve been ordering from this location for three years, both in store and online, with mixed results. If you order delivery, do not order a drink as my order has not been delivered on multiple occasions. Delivery times can also be very long, especially during peak hours. I have also had to wait long periods when placing orders in the store or for in store pickup. Overall, my sandwich was acceptable but the quality of the customer service and overall experience is extremely lacking.

Eat at Jimmy Johns constantly as I travel across the US. This has been the worst for experience after I’ve traveled all day. I’m .1 miles from the location at the home 2 suites. Took almost an hour to get my subs. I tracked the order and it said out for delivery half an hour ago. 10 minutes after checking tracking I was called and thought it was ready and was told they are baking bread and it’s gonna be longer. Freaky fast…more like powerfully slow and unconcerned. To the owner: you might want to make a secret order some time from a local hotel and see how that goes yourself. Ordered at 5:14 on your app, delivered at 6:05pm.

Took over 2 hours to deliver and I still haven’t received it. JJ rep gave me attitude over the phone because I asked if they could call the delivery person and see where they were. I called 3 times prior to asking for a refund. I kept being told he was on the way and my order was next up. My building is 2 blocks over, literally a 7 min walk. Ordered at 1:10 and it’s 3:40
