The food is always good. This time the service was not. I ordered a sandwich online along with a lemonade. It was a pick up order and no drink was provided there compensate for my lemonade I did not receive. I called and was advised I would get a credit for the drink I did not receive. In sorry sir a credit. Thanks I will not be ordering from this facility ever!!!

I placed my order, and they called at 8:27. Because my husband had just had a heart transplant at Emory Hospital, I could not get to the phone. I called back at 8:27, and no answer. When I arrived at 8:53, a young man and a young lady were standing outside; they said they tried to call me to let me know they were out of bread. I asked him why he did not answer the phone when I called back less than 30 sec after he called. He replied, “I don’t have to” I wonder if the owner knows these young kids at this location are running his business. Such poor customer service from these kids nowadays. What is wrong with them? I will talk to the manager, franchise owner, and franchise relation for Jimmy John’s tomorrow and hope they will spend some time with them, teaching them about good customer service.

Really weird experience here. Came in at 6. Restaurant doesn’t close until 9. All the doors were locked except the one right by the counter. I almost didn’t check it after the first two. I walk inside to a few people standing on top of each other because he has the area of the restaurant where you sit closed off with baby high seats. Get my food and ate it standing in the corner because the table area was closed. Super awkward and horrible customer experience. Won’t be back.

This was my first time going to Jimmy Johns. Honestly I’ve had so many people tell me this place was the best sub place in town. I hate to write it but I didn’t think so. The atmosphere and the staff was extremely welcoming. I like my subs warm/hot therefore this place isn’t write for me. The quality of the food and chips was amazing after all. Other than that, I wouldn’t visit it as my first choice for subs. LOVE THE SIGNS!!!

Would love to make this my everyday lunch spot. But there’s two things stopping me, 1) They won’t take cash. 2) Wildly inconsistent. You could walk in there and get either the best experience or the worst. I give 3 stars because you can’t give 2.5 and 2 would be unfair.

Worst Jimmy Johns ever. The food is good but the service is horrible. So many times my coworkers and I ordered delivery- waited- never heard a word nor did it ever come. A simple phone call would be legit. Done with this location.
