I want to begin by expressing that this location has been my preferred choice because of its proximity to my workplace, making it convenient for me. However, my recent experiences have been far from pleasant. I have become more observant of how my sandwiches are prepared and have noticed that the employees sometimes fail to wash their hands, opting instead to change their gloves. As someone who frequents the establishment, this lack of sanitation concerns me.

I come here often and for the most part customer service is decent. Food is delicious and made on time. I gave them four stars because my order is not always made accurately. Certain things are left off the sandwich which are extras that I pay extra for. I also have been given the wrong order before. Other than that great location

I decided to go to jimmy johns for the first time instead of subway to try it out. For starters I wasn’t aware they don’t put the ingredients on in front of you so she asked me up front at the register everything I wanted. So as I’m telling her a turkey club with mustard and salt & pepper she lets me know they have mustard “packets” and salt and pepper at the condiments counter so I guess you have to put that on yourself. Greeting wasn’t really freindly… food wasn’t that good 5/10.

If it was an option, I would give negative starts.. .I ordered for a meeting, requested delivery at 12:00. Received a call from a nice woman explaining that it would be a little late, she said 12:15-12:30pm.. I was perfectly fine with that. Long story short.. I called the store multiple times.. I received my order at 1:45pm AND it was missing items. I called back and got total attitude from who I believe is the owner. He did not want to make this right. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated as a customer. I will never go to another Jimmy John’s and quite honestly, I have heard similar feedback from an acquaintance.

Owner Pam is liar. Order a veggie sandwich with very specific modifications, which she confirmed during my order (much appreciated). I also confirmed the toppings it comes with (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) she said yes! I arrive home it doesn’t have tomatoes or cucumbers, only the additional toppings I asked for. I called to confirm again, gentleman who made my sandwich answered and said he did not put it on there as he thought I wanted it very specific! Understanding, I get that. But I then requested a refund, the owner Pam gets on the phone and asked that I come back, no, that’s an inconvenience. She then offers store credit. Um I would like a refund, especially seeing that your employee just told me he didn’t put the toppings on the sandwich. Call goes on for a bit and then I asked if she asked the gentlemen herself she said she did and he said he put it in there. Lie! I’ll dispute! And get my free sub. She thinks because I briefly watched I know what he put on my sub, wrong, I got a water and came by the register not to watch him but to watch my car!

This is the worst place for service I have ever been. The food handling is scary and I had to throw it out. The bread was being dragged on the counter by someone having a conversation over it, spitting and laughing into the food. After it was finally dragged on the counter to its final destination and wrapped. This person had a full on 3 minutes conversation with a co worker while staring at me waiting on her to hand it over. I would shut this place down if I was the owner.

This location lacks available delivery. On my first order I placed and order online at 815 pm and received an email for it to delivered the next day. ( received a reply upon my complaint that they wont deliver late yet that was not indicated on the website)I called the store and was told our delivery person “did not show up to work”. They voided my order which took 5 days to receive my funds. The manager the next day did offer me a combo . This past Saturday I called to see if they had delivery and was told no delivery for the weekend. I then ordered through doordash but was told even though they are listed from the doordash platform They Actually execute delivery. Doordash cancelled my order and I received my money the same day. I then travelled to the store to order a turkey sandwich. Upon arriving home to eat the sandwich the bread was hard and stale with Tuna bits and smelled like tuna. I will now never order from Jimmy John’s and completed their survey.

Ms. Z, Chris, and Kylah are the best!! One of their co-workers kept getting my sandwich wrong but was also getting visibly frustrated when I kept saying it was wrong. She just needs to calm down and listen (she was moving too fast and not paying attention to what I was asking for) and she will be fine. Team 3 (Ms. Z, Chris, and Kylah) was able to diffuse the situation and Kylah made my sandwich over. Chris made my son’s sandwich over because that was wrong too. Thank you ladies and GENTLEMAN! Because of you, I will be back!
