I have tried this Jimmy John’s 4 times, here are my experiences. First time, ordered via Doordash amazing sub. Second time, via Doordash, waited one hour and called the store, only to be told that the delivery driver had to leave for an emergency. Third time, via Doordash, waited an hour and called the store, they don’t have delivery drivers on Sunday. This Sunday was the final time, we went to the location and ordered a BLT. We got home, and I was excited until I unwrapped a sub that had a minimal amount of Mayo, a light dusting of lettuce, and 2 slices of bacon. But Dana, you ordered a BLT, yes, yes I did. I will add insult to injury and mention I ordered my lunch for tomorrow, yet another minimalist culinary master piece, no tomato, BUT a bacon increase of 2 slices. Firehouse would never. It’s the hook and ladder from now on.

First time ever eating Jimmy John’s, was not impressed. I mean it’s a sandwich, I guess I was expecting a little more from the hyped up Commercials. Personnel was not the most helpful and bread was pretty tough to bite into. I will try again, just at a different location.

The curbside app never seems to work. Today was the third time I tried the “I’m here” button with no response and eventually had to call the store. I ordered one sandwich with two items added which was clearly on the receipt and sticker on the bag and the employee stated it over phone but when my daughter opened the sandwich both items were missing from the sandwich. There is no excuse for missing this. The store was not overly busy but how hard is it to quickly look over the sticker to make sure item is correct before putting it into the bag. I’m not sure if I will be ordering here again since they consistently mess up simple orders. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. They’re also shorting us on the meat quantity. See through slices and only two insanely thin slices on each half… definitely not worth the price even with a deal.

I don’t normally have a bad experience at Jimmy John’s, but today was the exception. I ordered for 6 people online. 2 of us ordered turkey. When my order was confirmed, turkey was listed on our sandwiches. When I called to see if the order was ready for pickup, nobody advised me anything was different about my order. When my employee went to pick up the order, he said there was a big sign on the door stating they had no turkey. But he didn’t know that 2 of us ordered turkey. So when the order got back to our office, the 2 of us who ordered turkey – got ham instead. Since neither of us eats pork, our sandwiches were tossed and we did without lunch. Waste of time and money.

The tall Black guy who was supposed to have my sandwich finished before i arrived considering i ordered online 15 minutes before arriving but he didn’t so I waited about 10 minutes after arriving{no one waiting in line} to get my order was he was unfriendly and acted as though he didn’t want to serve me i suppose i wasn’t the right color. The food was ok thus the 3 stars. Ia noticed that someone on these reviews keep saying share your feedback with the owners. Heck just fix problems its apparently the helpers there.
