We went in to get a sub, but to our surprise the subs were tiny and we had to pay $1.25 for cheese!! C’mon Jimmy-we can go to subway, jersey mikes, dailys or Publix to get cheese on our sub…all in all, I would go to another sub place to get everything you want, but that’s my opinion.

Absolutely horrible service and food!! All three employees in the building at 1pm. today (female in drive thru and two males making food) had the absolute worst attitudes and have zero concept of customer service. I only eat Jimmy John’s because of the unwich but since they are now handing out the ingredients in a wrapper that have to be eaten as a salad, I won’t be back. Not to mention I got no cheese when I ordered extra and most of the lettuce was brown. I ended up eating chips and a coke for lunch. Every single one of those employees should be fired.

The service sucked. I had to ask the cashier to repeat herself a couple of times. Even then, another employee had to clarify what she was saying. The food was mediocre at best, and the establishment had a sour smell. Like cleanliness is an issue. I witnessed the guy at the sandwich table spread mayo on a sandwich, then wipe the knife on his apron. He later cut a sandwich in half with the same knife. I personally wanted to say something, but I wanted no conflict with my food. It really stinks!

I’m a service industry worker so I understand late customers, but I’m 20 minutes till close and the whole line was shut down and they told they ran out of bread after ignoring me for 10 minutes. Lack of effort and customer service are the real reason. If I was promptly informed it wouldn’t be an issue but I was ignored and now I must leave this review. I guess they close at 9

Unfortunately, delivery is hit or miss – trending towards miss. Today we ordered delivery at 1:16pm and received it at 2:45pm. The location is about 7 minutes away. When we called the location they said that they ‘only had 1 driver’. The ice in the drink was melted and the sandwiches were not as ordered. The food was okay. Ordering delivery was more expensive and less efficient.

So I ordered delivery Jalepeno Chicken Ranch wrap. I got my food with no jalapeños in the wrap at all. That’s the only reason I ordered the wrap was for the peppers and there was no peppers, disappointed to say the least.

The reason I am rating so low is because they charge $1.69 for a cup of water. I was told it would cost the same as a regular drink. This is completely unnecessary considering I was already purchasing a $7 wrap. The wrap itself was okay, but a bit salty. UPDATE: the owner reached out to me to apologize, they informed me that a cup of water is in fact free. He also gave me another sub free of cost. I got the Cuban. It was perfect and the workers (including preparers) all had masks covering their mouths and noses.

I really enjoy the curbside pickup. I order on my app and when I get there I let them know I have arrived and within moments the food is brought out to my car. This is really handy when you’re traveling with your dog and can’t really go in the restaurant and don’t want to deal with the drive-thru.
