So I order from this location all the time. The drivers are all good. Service is good. But I just got my order and the bread is either really stale or really over toasted. I almost broke my tooth on the bread. Come on guys you guys are usually on point but hard stale bread can ruin a sub or sandwhich. I pay good money to have my sandwhich delivered but stale anything you can ruin your day

Today (5/23/23) I ordered a Beach Club on wheat like I always did for the past 7 years. No mayo double avocado spread. They barely dumped any avocado spread in the cheese and then argued thats all we get. I regret not having a photo of the old (dark) avocado molecule that was in my sammich. The guy was busy so he didn’t care. I asked for a refund and had my lunch elsewhere. Fine with me since JJ doesn’t need my business.

Charged me twice for my sub than when I came back and showed them my bank statement and that they messed up a simple order that I always get and have never ordered more than one sub her logic was than to dispute it with my bank and make me pay for another sub. Disappointing JJ location

Extremely disappointed I called the Tennessee Street location at 9:20 to place an order. Two country clubs on wheat bread and I was told they couldn’t accept my order because they only had enough bread for one sandwich. My wife ended up driving to another location just to get our dinner.

Nice people. Clean restaurant, but I’m unsatisfied with the food. I only had 2 slices of ham on an 8 inch regular sub. I asked the sandwich maker, and he said they did it by weight. The 2 slices of ham looked like about 2oz of ham for a $7 sandwich. Not worth it for me. Or maybe the person weighing the meat messed up. Nonetheless, I like a little bit more meat on my sandwich. Or maybe if you get ham only, you are suppose to get 4 slices. It was like a turkey and ham sandwich but no turkey. I wish they would of fixed it, but didn’t even offer when I brought it to their attention.
