I had a large order of 12 sandwiches and wraps. The food was good but we were missing a wrap even after I counted and asked them to check. They assured me I had everything. I was feeding camp staff and didn’t have time to go back.

This is one of my favorite Jimmy John’s of Tallahassee area. It’s always neat and clean everything is always fresh. Spell the breads always wonderful going in and it’s just the kind of place you like to go in and sit down and eat for a little while watch the people go by

I have come to this location many times, it is very clean, quick, and easy. However today, when I brought my service dog with me, I was told I am not allowed in with dogs regardless of him being service animal. This is against the ADA and the employees as well as their supervisor need better education regarding pet policies. Safe to say, I will not be going back. I did not have the energy to teach them about the current laws so I left without argument. In the future they better hope a Karen doesn’t have a the same problem I did today. It could be very troubling for Jimmy Johns as a company.

Worst Jimmy Johns ever. This is the second time I have experienced horrible service. I have ordered my Jimmy Johns 40 minutes ago and it has still yet to be delivered to me. I would just recommend ordering normal take out or something through Uber Eats or Postmates if you are going to be waiting this long to get your food.

The guys in here today we’re super friendly and extremely helpful. This was my 1st time in this location (as I usually frequent the one that is on Pensacola st) and I will be returning! I was having issues with a promo on my phone and both of the gentlemen went out of their way to assist us, eventually just honoring the promo! That kind gesture will have a forever customer in me thanks again guys!

Foods pretty great but the guys that bike right up the street are always in a rush & pretty aggressive about the tip. They can get rude & snappy really fast & the only thing that comes out of there mouth when they first approach you is ‘sign at the bottom, tip & put the total!’. Like who told these young men it was ok to literally tell someone to tip them? I always tip but today when I decided not to because personally it’s blowing too much money over a sandwich & the guy was pushy & rude, & I was trying to order light for that reason today, the guy was very snappy towards me. He said very loudly & aggressively in the lobby of where I work ‘So no tip?’ & I began by saying that I have been doing it & before I could even finish what I was going to say, he blurts out ‘It doesn’t all go to a pool’ & walks away. The energy was so aggressive & he was so rude. They will make you feel bad about ordering food from RIGHT up the street & not giving them extra money EVERY time. It’s not an obligation. It’s a personal decision & maybe these guys would get more tips & orders if they would learn how to treat other people. Won’t be ordering again. I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life ✌️

I ate here about 3 times during my 4 day stay next door. I was more than satisfied. The sandwiches are made exactly like you request them, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was superb. It’s really clean inside, including the restrooms.

Nice staff but they’ve brought me the wrong sandwich the last 2 times I ordered. I tip pretty well too, so it’s upsetting when you spend as much as you have to on a sandwich, tip the driver or biker REALLY well only to find out you have the wrong sandwich. Now I have to double check my order before the delivery person leaves every time because they fail to do that on their own.

I really like Jimmy John’s, the bread is so soft even though i rarely eat it. I usually get the unwich, and it is without the bread wrapped in lettuce. Being on a low carb diet this is an way for me to eat out and not always bring my own lunch to work. The staff is nice and freaky fast, I’ve only had good service at this location
