Please read…. The staff here is amazing. Aylssa and Dave are examples of amazing work ethic. Now let me explain…this store is on my way home. I get off late around 8 right when they close. My wife orders online. I’m outside waiting and observing a staff of young adults. Who are getting ready to close and I’m sure not pumped about my last minute order. Their legit cleaning up to close and what do they do. The stop what they were doing and washed their hands and made our food, wrapped it packed it in Jimmy Johns fashion. Now why am I soooo impressed by them? Because in todays world it’s a time people don’t want to work or they do but don’t care about the quality of work they do. I’m writing this review for these young adults who went to worked and did it with pride. This staff should be rewarded for how amazing they are. I’ll be stopping by here more often knowing that they care for our, the customers health and safety. Top notch

First, they charged us the wrong price, and then when we got the sub, they spread the tuna with a butter knife, literally not tuna in the sandwich. Horrible experience and lots of money. We probably will never go back to that place.

Update, 23 Jan 2023: Yes, Jimmy John’s is still doing this. The owner responded to this, I made the online complaint, and months later they still ask you twice for a tip. I WILL NEVER TIP A SANDWICH SHOP FOR SIMPLY MAKING MY SANDWICH. Tipping used to mean something, now any service industry is asking for them.

Both the managers in this store are very rude. First manager was rude while fixing an issue with my order that I had made a mistake on. Once she fixed it she rudely said the order will be on the way and when I began to ask how long it will take she just hung up in my face.. Didn’t even ask if there was anything else. When I called back she didn’t apologize and still seemed to rush me off the phone and speak to me with an attitude . I then asked to speak to the other manager she wasn’t any better didn’t even apologize for the rude service, just answered my question and rushed me off. However the Delivery drive saved the day. He was kind, and apologized on the behalf of BOTH the managers. Those managers can certainly learn a thing or two from that delivery man I wish I had his name. As he clearly understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. When he becomes manager of that store then I will return. But until then. I will never come back to this store both of those woman were absolutely cold and rude.
