I was a regular at this place until recently. They started making the orders backwards, wrong items (my wife is allergic to tomatoes, but they insisted that she asked for tomatoes). Today was the last straw. I asked (via phone) for a #9 unwich (wrapped in lettuce) and a #11 on a roll (cut in three). The “General Manager” took the order. When I got home, they had made the #9 on a roll cut in three, and the #11 as an unwich. It was bad enough that I had to drive all the way back to the shop, but the “General Manager” instead of owning up to his mistake, became argumentive about my order (saying what I got is what I ordered). It’s a shame that as good as the sandwiches are (when made as ordered) the staff is a bit dyslexic. I would even feel better if the GM had owned up to his mistake instead of arguing with me over something I’ve been ordering for a long long time. I wish I knew who the owner was………..

I want to say that Daniel gave me the best customer service ever. Always answers the phone happy and will go to the end of the world to make a customer happy. I have had different situations happen where they ran out of sweat tea or out the little john bread and he will make it happen and accommodate me in the best way he can. He goes out of his way for his customers to make them happy. Excellent customer service from him. I would highly recommend this place for the best and freshest sandwiches in homestead.

I hate having to leave a bad review it’s currently 46 mins after I received notification my order was out for delivery. I order from Jimmy Johns once a week, sometimes they are insanely fast sometimes there is a wait, but I have never had to wait this long for a sub especially when I live 5 mins down the street. What makes it worst is When you call the response is “they should be there by now”. Honestly the wait for 1 sub and 1 bag of chips is totally unacceptable especially coming from a loyal customer. The last thing anyone wants to do is wait almost an hour for a sub when their motto is “freaky fast”.
