I’ve waited over an hour for my food and it’s still not delivered. I had to go to lunch without having my food. They won’t answer their phone. It usually takes 10 minutes max. I understand if they are busy but over an hour for one sandwich…. very disappointed!

I have to say this is by far the worst Jimmy John’s location that I’ve ever done business with. 1.5 hours for a delivery that is less than 3 miles away is truly unacceptable. After an hour of waiting the manager called me and stated that it would be another 30 minutes to an hour before I receive my food. She was unapologetic and didn’t possess any sort of accountability as a manager should. Hey I stated that I would like a refund and told her that I would be reaching out to corporate as this is the third time that this is taken place at her location. Magically after stating that she said somebody would bring my order over right away. Corporate really needs to visit the store and train the employees on how to conduct business professionally and in a timely manner. Unacceptable!!

I ordered ahead and my sandwich was ready and waiting for me. The only thing that was weird for me, and this most likely is just because of me, the entrance was while driving was not easy to find my first time. Now that I’ve been there it won’t be difficult. Just want to make sure anyone new is aware.

If you are going to change your operating hours, please update the public on your website or on Google. Showing up 45 minutes before you “close” and seeing a hand written note that you close at 7pm is very disappointing. I truly don’t care if you are “understaffed” or the employees that I saw inside cleaning are too lazy to work for that one more hour. I think it’s time to close a few locations, especially this location, and consolidate staff.
