I don’t understand how this place exists in a state with Publix. There is no meat on these sandwiches, I don’t think there’s a worst bang for your buck sandwich out there. Taste fine but Jesus all youre eating is lettuce tomato and dressing. Should just stop faking it, get rid of the cold cuts, and remarket as a vegetarian shop.

Great sandwich. Lousy rude service. Don’t ask for salt and pepper on sandwich. The worker got offended . Gave me a rude delivery of postage stamp sized packets. To use myself. What the heck ? . Long wait for sandwich too. Very unorganized behind the counter. I won’t be back.

Went to order and they say there is nothing ready yet because they got there late because someone wasn’t feeling well. Worst service ever. Definitely won’t order from this location again. All I received was literally roast beef and a bun, but that’s not what I ordered.

I love ordering from here. Today I made a delivery order & they made an error on my wife’s sandwich. She spoke to the driver that delivered them to us & he accommodated her for the error. Really appreciated how awesome the customer service is here.

I paid an extra $2 to add to my sandwich and it arrived without the additional topping. I contacted JJs through several methods (even provided a photo) requesting a refund to my original payment method (credit card) and instead they added $2 in rewards to my JJs account. As if I want to spend my money there again after stealing my money. Too bad because I ordered delivery from them often. Thieves!!

Always takes forever for delivery even though I live 1 mile from the shop, and sandwich is never how I ordered it online. I used to order from here twice a week, but it’s not worth the ~$9-$10 per sub (with taxes and delivery fee’s) with the service and quality. I ordered a BLT with extra lettuce and this is how it came. (I removed the bacon for the pic.)

It’s really disheartening when you order food and they don’t listen. I hate mayo and the sandwich maker basically gave me a mayo sandwich. Some of us are on lunch breaks and can’t come back when you make these type of mistakes. You totally ruined my lunch and my first experience. I will NEVER eat Jimmy Johns again.
