The owner of this location needs to fire everyone at this location. Meat left out on the counter for over 30min while in store and was out before I entered and I’m sure still out after I left. Trash on the drink well and window bar areas. Tables have absolutely no room to sit and belly/breathe and should have 4 seated tables. Bread was mostly in trash before store closing and wheat was requested by multiple customers. Orders were incorrect with customers returning for correction. Atlanta should pull this franchise from current holder.

I will never order food from this store anymore. I placed a order online the delivery driver call me to let me know he arrived but he never show up I try to call him back to give him directions because I was in a construction side he never answered the phone I was in the rain for 10 min trying to find him he send me a text message I went back to my shop its raining and i was in the rain for like 5 minutes. When I call to the store the person who answered the phone put the delivery driver on the phone he was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This store needs better delivery drivers more professionals who know how to give good customer service and A person who really want to work.

Been going here weekly for years. Since the sale from Derick to the new owner the food quality is the same, but the staff is clearly not as friendly. I recently went in for my weekly pickup and was just starred at from the employee at the register. I gave my name and was presented the order without one word exchanged. It’s usually customary to greet and thank your customers. I’ll be finding a new sandwich replacement facility.

Jimmy Johns has good options and affordable, I wouldn’t say quality is the best, but it’s fast food and it’s not as horrible as other chain restaurants like McDonald and Burger King. If you need something fast affordable and not that horribly unhealthy I would recommend jimmy johns, the service is good, the people are nice and it’s overall pretty clean.

What a great owner. So personable as though he was your next door neighbor. They even walk you to your car if it is raining. It’s clean; sandwiches are really good with very fresh bread according to my friend. I am off gluten so the owner offered a lettuce wrap with their meats and fillers. Sooo good and I was very happy. You must go there and then say hi to the owner.

lar sandwich), and dude placed an online order. It would be a little awkward giving a guy one, with me sitting right next to the pickup area, after I was told that they don’t make them anymore. Also, my daughter’s “turkey and cheese” had no cheese on it. We literally asked for a turkey and cheese sandwich with a little bit of Mayo. No friggin cheese. They didn’t give us any napkins, until we had to go up to the counter again to specifically request them. I am by no means a prude, and I utilize profanity on a regular basis; however, I am a firm believer in professionalism in the workplace. When the cashier, and the three other members on the prep crew didn’t have any customers or orders (I’m assuming because they weren’t directly in front of us), I heard several utilizations of $h!t and f-bombs. One employee, who had a beard, appeared uncomfortable with the exchange, and tried to shush the other employees involved. It is now Monday night, and the wraps are still listed on the Jimmy John’s website. Unfortunately, the wrap was only mediocre anyway. The tortilla and vegetables were extremely fresh, however the Thai chili portion was super ginger heavy, and wasn’t really my thing. I am appreciative that I finally got what I ordered, but I think it had a lot to do with the mobile order that rolled in while I was there. The restaurant was fairly clean, however the tables had not received any cleaning since their previous occupants. Unfortunately, per my wife, this experience has given Subway (absolute garbage) a slight edge on JJ…..
