Red headed heavy set gentlemen treats minority customers poorly. The first time I received poor service, I gave him the benefit of doubt that maybe he’s having a bad day. When it’s now occurred a second and a third time, now I have to accept it for what it is. On this third visit I realized there are no minority employees. I suspect the gentleman is a manager/owner-operator as he is there everytime I go at the end of the sandwich line.

Love JJ’s! Been eating at a Jimmy Johns since forever – love all the different sandwich options, their quickness and their app. Overall, the food is great for what I need it to be! The only downside is their delivery fee is honestly a rip off. Around ~$5.60 for one sandwich and ~$7.40 for a delivery fee for two sandwiches is crazy and that doesn’t even include a tip for the driver. Thats literally almost the price of one sandwich. I would personally order ahead on the app and pick it up yourself.
