First time at this location and this is by far the worst Jimmy John’s we’ve ever been to. The staff was rude and impatient, and the food was so stale it probably won’t be safe to eat beyond tomorrow. Overall worst Jimmy John’s experience from any store we’ve been to.

I am allergic to eggs. I tried to order a sub and was told that all the food was cross contaminated and they couldn’t guarantee anything. They were not willing to clean things and pull out food that hadn’t touched anything. So disappointing when it’s not my fault that I have a food allergy. I left hungry.

I have a free 8” reward and I only like the Caesar wrap but they refused to let me use my reward on the wrap!! I don’t appreciate that as the bb downs location let me use out the last time I had a reward. Bad customer service and I am NOT happy!
