Never ate a sandwich from here before and it was really good! Bread and toppings were fresh and delicious. Lots of variety to choose from on the menu. Chip selection is great as a side. Friendly people working here too. Very clean place. Will definitely go back for a visit.

I am very unhappy w/ the way me & my mother were treated this past Sunday which was Father’s Day. My mother & I went into Jimmy John’s and there was 2 Young guys working that night. The Young White man w/ glasses was nice & the Young Black Man was not Nice At All. When I asked the Young Black Man that night if me & my Mom could sit down to eat, He hesitated then said OK but we close in 40 min. So while we were eating he comes out & says we are closing in 15 minutes then he sits down at the table in front of us on the other side of the door. He is sitting & waiting very impatiently for us to get up and walk out the door. He kept sitting down w/ his arms folding & kept on looking at us w/ angry look on his face. Then my mom said he is nervous b/c how he kept looking at us that she did not want to finish at little bit of her sandwich is had left. So , when I am pressing my body up against the door to open it he reached over me & opened the door for us to throw us out of there. He throw us out basically & scared My Mother who has On-Set Dementia. The Young Black Man is very Arrogant & Unprofessional the way he treats people. He also should not be working at your establishment if that’s how he treats people.

Restaurant was clean, and our order was taken quickly but even with no one else in the building it still took 15 mins for them to prepare our order. The person taking our was grumpy and asked if we had a loyalty card but did not tell us how to sign up. There was a large sign that said “make it your way” but I felt like I was being disciplined for asking them to hold the mayo and was told NO to substituting anything for salami on another sandwich. $40.00 later for a couple of small sandwiches (only, no sides or drinks) tells me that was a one and done trip, especially when Williams Subs is around the corner and you get SO much food, the way you want it, for 1/2 the price.

Would give 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Took almost 2 hours to get a simple order delivered. Placed the order 1 1/2 hours prior to the store closing and the app said our order was delivered at 9pm. There was no delivery left at our door and no one (customer service) to help. We didn’t know if there was an error in their system, so we ordered from somewhere else. Well, about 2 hours after the order was placed, they finally delivered and left the food at our door. Wish I could have cancelled as we already ordered from somewhere else. I will never get Jimmy John’s again.

Ordered a #7 , even tipped the guy.. normally love your food, but this bread is SO stale it almost sounds like I’m knocking on wood when I tap it. Come on Y’all, do better. You knew it was stale by just touching it so why send it out? Now I have to write a review and am disappointed due to being a regular. Probably won’t be back for awhile.

Three times now when I order they call and cancel my order. It’s always the same person that calls me too. Because it’s 8:10-8:30 and they are busy and don’t want to get out late. I live 5 minutes from this location. Im a GM for Papa Johns if I knew my managers were cancelling a 45 dollar order three times now I would be very upset. I don’t know how Jimmy Johns works but GMs work hard to make their week and period bonuses just for some shift managers to be canceling orders because they don’t want to do their jobs.

So this is the second time I’ve had a terrible encounter w the cashier. This girl, is awful,she is so rude and acts like you are an inconvenience to her when you walk in. First it is my option to give my number and she should be asking everyone because it’s her job. Instead when you ask her if you can enter your number she rolls her eyes and then hope you don’t see it.
