Employee ringing up my order was wearing gloves as he was touching the money and food. Another employee was sitting on the counter. No one asked me how I wanted my sandwich and I was told they weren’t subway. Another employee, wearing gloves, walked outside to his vehicle. Bad experience all the way around. Do Not recommend.

0 star review. just a bunch of high schoolers working here who don’t care. went at 8 pm, door was locked. hours say open until 9. i knocked on the window and the guy came to the door and said “yeah we’re closed we have to shut every station down” i said “it takes an hour? i drove all the way here and you don’t close until 9 as per the website.” and he said nothing. there’s always issues with this location, and anyone i speak to says the same. sad to say cause i love this sub shop but i will be telling everyone about their horrible customer service and lack of care.

Went to this location to grab a quick bite heading home from the airport staff was condescending and my wife told them her order with no lettuce and they clearly did not listen as they asked so you want lettuce and tomato? Also have attitude when asking about the difference in sub sizes little John etc. Subs were good but service was lackluster at best. One of the employees was not in uniform and just messing around on his cell phone. Not the experience we are used to with JJ.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I called to ask exactly where they were located in the GCTC and the girl hung up on me. When I went in and asked her why she hung up she said “because I’m not Google maps and shit”! TRUE STORY! She proceeded to scream her head off about it, in front of customers, for two straight minutes. Rudest customer service from her AND the other chic in the store that I have ever expecting my life. Her reasoning for being so nasty was because “we are tired and under paid”. It was absolutely despicable. Needless to say I walked out and her parting line was “awwww, did I hurt your feelings?” She didn’t hurt my feelings but she cost her employer a $300-$400 catering order for a meeting event. What garbage employees-and I usually don’t leave bad reviews. I had to this time.

I stopped here for a quick lunch and this place is by far the best Jimmy Johns location I’ve been too. The store was impeccably clean and the staff was amazing! When I entered the store there was a long line and Hanna attended to everyone’s need quickly and efficiently. Haley was also able to cash everyone out and take the orders. No ones order was mixed up and everyone was out of the store within 10-12 minutes .. talk about the perfect spot for lunch during the work week! I will definitely be back and will be telling my coworkers about this spot
