I’ve been eating at this Jimmy Johns since they opened. It was fine a while ago, but the last 2 times I was there it wasn’t very good. The sandwich was slapped together and had very little flavor…maybe too little dressing? It also seems if the staff isn’t asked to dress appropriately, as they all are working in (what looks like) their pajamas. I hope it gets better.

This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s ever. It use to be great the food is now horrible. Ordered a tuna sandwich, tasted sour. And the ceaser wrap tasted like a pound of salt. What a waste of money.

Horrible service. Takes up to 2-3 hours for food, and when you call the store, they don’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. They just hang up on you. My location is 4 minutes away and that timeframe is horrendous, and service is unacceptable.

I work close to this store. I Order a sub a week for convenience and it’s hit or miss really with quality, and how it takes over an hour to deliver less than 2 miles away. Today I ordered a sandwich and had to call to check the status of the delivery asked what was taking so long as it had been over an hour. The women that answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on me after stating their motto isn’t freaky fast anymore and if I don’t like it don’t order from them. Extremely disappointed about the non-existent customer service. Not the first time either. Just terrible plus my sandwich was soggy and gross couldn’t even eat it. How can a business just turn away repeat customers and act like they don’t need my business so they can be rude. I’d like to speak to the branch manager as soon as possible. This is recurring issue with the Estero, FL store. Spoke to Sherri. She’s extremely unprofessional and just plan rude.

Ordered food at 12:03, 5 minutes later website said out for delivery, we are 8 minutes away. 40 minutes went by I called the store and was told my order was on the way and will be there in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I called back and was told the food is at the store but the delivery driver has alot of stops. For some unknown reason, every time I have visited a Jimmy John’s, the crew seems obsessed with preparing the sandwich as I am paying the cashier. There’s one major problem with their effort at speedy service. They seldom get the order correct. Here’s some advice that they’ll probably ignore. Slow it down some. I can spare a couple of minutes so the sandwich is prepared correctly. On second thought, I should be at Publix deli which sells more subs than anyone else in Florida, and never gets it wrong.
