It’s not worth the price. The subs are a lot smaller than other sandwich/sub places. And you can’t really customize your sandwich, unless you want to pay more. But again, they’re small. There’s lots of seating and it’s right off the main road.

Food is good and fresh. The main reason for this review is because of Isaiah, our drive through window man! He was nice, fast, and attentive. Super sweet, I would want to be greeted by this man every time I ordered from Jimmy Johns!

It was ok. I had never eaten there before but it was convenient to me and I was really hungry. The staff was as great. The two guys making the sandwiches were friendly and very nice. The manager ( I think) was a little more curt. The food was ok. It was nothing special. Personally I prefer the subs at Publix.

Jimmy johns is one of my many favorite sandwich places. I was really disappointed with the manager’s customer service. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches one was perfectly fine. The other was missing the meat weird right. I ordered the beach club with no tomatoes or cheese. I drive all the way home and take a bite out of my sandwich to find NO TURKEY! Only cucumber, lettuce and bread. I was in shock how do you miss that? So I drive ALL they way back. Walk in to the manager who told me her name was latasha she is short blonde lady. Instead of starting with an apology she begins to try and “correct” me instead of actually reading the receipt and listening to the customer. After she realized oh there was suppose to be turkey in there she has an attitude and goes to the register. No offer on throwing away my old sandwich. Then she has someone else make me a new sandwich. Meanwhile STILL no apology, refund or voucher for driving all the way back from a mistake THEY made. I hate to write negative reviews. If there was even an apology I probably would’ve have written this review. I understand that this is a difficult time for everyone but please do better. Customer service is really important. Please show that you actually care to fix the problem instead of giving attitude that wasn’t necessary.

Received my food was told by the manager that it would be refunded when I got home and the food was not what it was supposed to be the lettuce was Browning and I got peppers on mine when I asks them not to put peppers on my sandwich it was coved in them. we have now dealt with the manager and an assistant manager and we’ve been since hung up on we will not be going back to this location or any other locations because of the disrespect that we’ve received and when you call the corporate number the 1 800 number you get a voicemail absolutely appalled will not return no thanks to their business As the manager informed us that she doesn’t own the company so therefore she’s not helping us and hung up on us. I’d give them no stars if I could but in order to give a review you have to put one. And if you try to go to their website to put a review on their website you get this image below
