The food itself was fine actually tasty, My issue primarily is with the website itself. I placed an order for store pickup, after 30 minutes the website was saying that the food was still being prepared, which I thought was odd, especially with their slogan being it’s created fast when you order it. When I arrive to the store wasn’t greeted friendly, when I explained that I was there for a pickup and I gave them my name. The person at the front register proceeded to go to the bag in the kitchen while a different staff worker came from the back of the kitchen to give me my sandwich. Throughout the whole time there was never an explanation nor an apology on why I was never notified when my order was ready.

I used to love Jimmy John’s, the only reason they got 2 stars was because the sub rolls are still the best. Thankfully because that’s pretty much all I got. 2 slices of roast beef and 2 half dollar slices of tomato.. I won’t go back.. no Swiss cheese so I added my own from home..

Ordered for pick up. Not like other jimmy John’s I’ve been too. For the amount you pay it’s not worth it. Only 2 slices of meat. A few shreds of lettuce. Gave it a 3 because it still tasted good. Just not worth the price anymore.

Food wasn’t very good and they charge $7 just for delivery fee. Crazy. Never order from them again. Shouldn’t pay a delivery fee and a tip. Should be one or the other. The delivery fee doesnt even go to driver anyways. Took over 30 mins. to go less than quarter of a mile. How’s that fast? Bread was hard and old. Lettuce had brown areas and dried up.
