I am not a person who does good/bad reviews but today I had such a bad one. I had a terrible experience today with my delivery order today. I originally ordered for Delivery and I had a credit on my account so I called to get that fixed and was on the phone with the manager(forgot her name) for a while trying to fix that amount of order. She had told me one thing and then another was not very clear with me. Then I finally had it taken care of then I was on Lunch for my job the entire time I was on the phone which I should of had it deliver by then. So I asked if I could go pick up and she said no because she had to re do the sale again not giving me an option. All I wanted is to get my food quick for my lunch and make it easier on them. I had such a bad experience that i decided not to tip today when the delivery driver finally delivered my food he complained about no tip and was very rude to me screamed across the office that I work at, in front of patients. He said that “If I don’t tip I should just go pick it up myself” I notified him that I did offer to pick up but I was told no. This experience is the worst I ever had with this business. Our office orders here all the time. I personally will not be ever ordering here (this location) ever again. I was also denied a refund for my order after I called back and told the manager the situation. I do not think she will address this with the delivery guy. I do not recommend this location to anyone , DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!.

We ordered sandwiches for the family. When we received the sandwiches from the delivery guy we noticed instantly that the bread was all moldy. We took pictures and called the manager. They said that it’s not possible that the bread is moldy. We sent him a text of the pictures and he still has not refunded us our money.

Always great food but last 2 delivery orders have taken 20-30 minutes before they even make the sandwich! So long that we have to call to ask if they are making it and they say – yeah we have been busy… Need new management or someone that cares to deliver on their tagline. We can order pizza or any other entree faster than this Jimmy Johns location and that is messed up.
