I had only ordered on line and picked up through the drive thru. I went inside today. Clean enough for me to notice. Staff cool as hell. Service fast. Product amazing. Definitely my favorite fast food. Best lettuce wrap in the business. I think the guy with the black shirt was the manager or part owner he acted as if he owned the place and cared. Keep up the great work. Impressed enough to go figure out how to leave a review.

Drove through to grab some sandwiches for the family. My order was wrong, I was over charged and received a $21 for a gargantuan sub! Never added peppers to my sandwich which was the most under whelming thing I have ever seen. Driving through traffic just to get home and realize what happened. The bread is great, that’s about it. For the price and what you get this place is horrible. Much better subs around town. Now I know why ALL the Jimmy Johns closed down. We will just go to publix for a better sub at more than half the price!

Guy taking our order didn’t even know what sizes his sandwiches were, took a long time to get our food, they didn’t have bread I don’t believe because the cooks were scooping bread out of the sandwiches and throwing it out, the food was tasteless and dry, even the kids didn’t like it and actually threw it all out because it was funny tasking. Spent quite a bit of money for 5 people also.

They have good sandwiches, but they are overpriced. If you like sprouts on your sandwich they have them. They have lots of signs on their walls, so if you are eating alone there is lots to read.
