Super sandwiches. Arrives fast if you try not to order during peak lunch time. Nice people at Ringling store. Tuna or turkey my go-tos with extra veggies. Roast beef is great, too. Nice amount of chips in the sides. BBQ chips my fave. Perfect dill pickles. Get them quartered. Fresh, fast and filling.

It took over 1 hour to get my food and they are literally 2 blocks from my office. I could have walked there and back way before they got here. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I will never go back again. Then you call them and they don’t answer there phone and its a fax machine. Don’t ever order from them ever.

NEARLY 2 HOUR DELIVERY. Worst customer experience I’ve ever received. The manager, Shane Mathis, has zero problem solving skills. Placed an order for delivery, after an hour and a half I went in, asked that they make me a replacement sandwich there. He stated I still had to pay for the sandwich since it was finally delivered (1 hour and 43 minutes later) Told me “It’s actually only been an hour and 20 minutes”. Asked to talk to the director and was told the director doesn’t give out their number so to call corporate . 100% could’ve been avoidable had they just remade the sandwich and he been professional. Sad excuse for someone in a leadership position.

Delicious! Very friendly service. Immaculate store and dining room. This was my second visit to a Jimmy John’s (first to this location) and I was impressed with my takeout lunch! I ordered the “Billy Club”, chips, soft drink and purchased a chocolate chip cookie to take back to my hotel. My sandwich was huge and very tasty. It was large enough to make two meals for me. Naturally, the chocolate chip cookie was scrumptious!! My total order was $13.00, very reasonable for the food portions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially during my ordering, as I’m not familiar with the menu. The dining room and ordering counter spotless!! I definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location, centrally located in downtown Sarasota!

I ordered my sub 1 hour ahead of time, got the notification that it was ready, drove there and ended up waiting 25 more minutes for my sandwich! It’s absolutely ridiculous for a company that prides itself on being so fast to have it take this long to receive a sandwich that was apparently already ready. Not one apology when I called from the curbside pickup after waiting 15 minutes to find out where my sandwich is. Very unhappy
