I ordered from this JJ for delivery tonight and let me tell you, I was impressed. Initially when I ordered, the receipt said delivery for “tomorrow”, panicked, I call the store to make sure I didn’t mess up my order. The guy that answered the phone was so polite and assured me I did it correctly. From the time I ordered to delivery was 10 minutes, talk about freaky fast. You could call 911 and this JJ delivery driver would beat them to your house. Also, my wrap was 10/10.

i ordered jimmy john’s with doordash and the first order got thrown in the trashcan by someone at the location my food was delivered to. jimmy john’s was very helpful regarding what to do for my refund process and when i ordered again they even gave me a free sandwich card. i work night shift and this happened while i was at work. i appreciate their kindness and helpfulness.

I ordered the turkey sub with avocado and expected a Subway amount and quality of food. However, what I got was an incredibly thin sliced piece of turkey, such a small amount of avocado that I had to take apart the sandwich to see if it even existed, and then tons of sprouts to make the sandwich seem bigger. On top of this the bread tasted stale. This sandwich was nearly 7 dollars and was so skimpy that it would not even pass for a kids meal. For that cost I could have gotten a T-bones philly that would fill me up and was fresh! I will not be going here again and trust me when I say that you should not either!

I never felt the need to write a bad review or any for that matter but I ordered from here like twice, this experience being my third and had no problem before but I decided to redeem my rewards for a free sandwich and when my delivery arrived the driver gave me attitude and asked me to “not do that again” what order food?? Ridiculous. regardless of he they may have felt, comments towards customers should be kept to themselves.

I ordered a delivery order with the app at like 2pm. At about 3pm the store GM called me and said there had been some problem in their system or whatever and they hadn’t started my ticket yet, but they would refund me and deliver it anyway. That seemed great to me. I would have left a 5 star review if I got my food, and that was it. Not going to lie, I already know I like the food, and that’s great customer service, but customer service goes out the window for the rest of my experience. So I waited patiently til about 5:45pm and called back. They told me the driver left with it about 10 minutes ago, and they had one other stop on the way. I called back again at 6:45pm, and they told me they already dropped it off. I told them they must have delivered it to the wrong address, because I never got it, and no one ever knocked on my door. They insisted that they did deliver it to the right address, that they knew the apartment building well, delivered there all the time, etc, and said they knocked on the door. I told them that they made a mistake and delivered my food to the wrong address. They were utterly unwilling to accept that, and eventually told me “I’m going to hang up the phone now.” They didn’t offer any solution to the problem and were very rude and presumptive. To prove a point, I took a picture of the front of my apartment building and drove to Jimmy John’s, and went in. I showed this dude the picture of my building with the number in big black letters on the front of it, and asked him if it was the building he delivered to. He looked at it, and said “Honestly, no.” So at least he knows he was wrong, and I got a 5 star spicy meatball sub from Firehouse Subs.

I have Jimmy John’s once or twice a week. Do not order delivery from this location. This is not the first time I have waited an hour to get my order. When I did get my order it was wrong. Asked for no onions and had onions. No extra peppers. And my drink was not even close to fill when I received it. Freaky fast is a slogan that this location should not use. Two weeks ago me and a friend both ordered from this location, two separate online accounts. I choose pick up, walked 0.6 miles got my sandwich and walked back to work… Another 0.6 miles, I started eating my food and his was delivered.
