Wow thanks guys really screwed the pooch of this one. 2 gargantuan sandwiches, got home and found one with black forest ham and lettuce. The othe r had salami. Other sandwich request no onion and was loaded with onion mixed in with the lettuce. Great wife can’t eat. And I paid$ 25 for a 3 dollar subway sandwich.. When called was told I could drive 20 min to get a replacement but by time I make it there they will be closed. AMAZING JOB!!!!!

Auston was the only person working when we were here and he did an AMAZING job juggling walk-in traffic and mobile orders…and they were busy! He made sure to greet every person as they walked through the door even when he was in the middle of making a sandwich.

I love how inexpensive the delivery prices for Jimmy Johns are, but that factor isn’t as appealing when the orders being delivered are consistently incorrect. I have received 10 incorrect sandwiches in the last 3 months – they are wrong more than they are right. I’m not talking about a missing ingredient or an incorrect add-on (although that does happen often, too). I am referencing completely incorrect orders – I order a veggie every time and I’ve received turkey, ham and tuna sandwiches. Mistakes happen, but when mistakes are this frequent, there’s a problem. I have friends and neighbors who have had the same issue with this location – and if it was corrected relatively promptly, it could be overlooked I guess (but if you’re going to take an hour to deliver me the correct sandwich, I might as well cancel it and find something else for lunch). Also, I imagine it’s expensive for the company to be delivering entirely incorrect orders considering they then have to drive back to the store, re-make the correct sandwich and deliver it again.

Just don’t order food from this location. I have done my time in the trenches working in the service industry and can’t help but think how quickly I would have been fired for the stuff that this store seems to get away with. It’s obvious that the owner is a typical franchisee “entrepreneur” that just phones it in and cashes checks. This is the third time in a row that I’ve ordered from this location and food hasn’t shown up at my door. I’m done. I don’t know who’s been getting the sandwiches that I paid for but… you’re welcome I guess.
