I went here on my break for work and it’s late at night . It was one person working Caden . So I ordered my food and it was the slamming the sandwich down for me I would no longer be spending my hard own money there any longer I will take it else where but there. Worse experience I ever had ordering food. Jimmy johns do better with customer services .

Fast pickup food. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing, but the staff are consistent so while I may not be nuts over the sandwich itself I always get exactly what I expect and know I can swing by when I’m late to work and have filling food to work a 12hr shift on. The location is clean and the staff are very very nice. They prep the food perfectly and it’s probably the fastest food in Tuscaloosa. It takes like four minutes to stop pickup pay and leave.

Last night we had a sad experience here. We ordered two sandwiches, got home and neither were correct. We were not given a receipt but when we came back, we actually looked at it and one sandwich was taken down correctly, the other was not. We were a little inconvenienced with having to go back but I feel like we were very patient with the staff. The employee who took our order however argued with us about what we ordered and what seemed like the manager, rolled their eyes at us. At that point we were actually very frustrated and disappointed because it was such an easy fix! I hope next time we are treated a little bit better and the staff is more cautious about their reactions to minor mistakes as well!
