2d worst JJ’s I’ve ever visited. Out of bread at 6 p.m. Offered me a tiny piece of bread and charged me full price. Took far too long to make a sandwich, finishing one for the dude behind me before mine.

Terrible experience. I was ordering 3 sandwiches, after ordering 2 sandwiches the cashier told me my total. I told him I had to order another sandwich the cashier slapped the register and said what? I told him the order and paid and waited a long time before my order was ready. This was to go and I asked for a bag to bag up my order and the employee pointed where they were and told me to get them myself. I will never eat at another Jimmy John’s again!!!

Great sandwiches, sure. The workers at this location have somehow managed to get my order wrong in a new way nearly every time I’ve been there; usually its pretty minor, so I’ve only ever let them know once before. This time, we decided to call because of the error last time, because I wanted to use my gift card; they took the order down wrong and didn’t read it back, so I didn’t know until well after their driver had left that the order was wrong. Called back, and because the order was as it was heard, nothing can be done. Understandable. But what isn’t understandable, is that most of the workers at this location work while high, because the (narcissistic) manager (who acts as if his job title makes him equivalent to a CEO) is so terrible to them. The same guy manages another location, and that one is just as bad. All he wants to do is go home so he can play Apex Legends, and he’ll make sure both the employees and customers are well aware of that and how much he hates it there, and then he very openly takes all his frustrations about not being able to play his little games out on those employees. The mistakes the workers make are forgivable, considering who they have to deal with.

Great fast service on a Tuesday evening, I regularly order from competitors of Jimmy John’s but gave their Airport Road location a try. Glad I did, was given a friendly greeting and helped through the menu by attentive staff. So fast that I almost didn’t have time to step out and take a photo of their outdoor seating, which is a nice touch these days. Will definitely be back!

Not the usual JJ’s experience. Super slow!!! Took 19 minutes to make a turkey sandwich despite having a half dozen people working behind the counter. Every employee seemed confused, like it was their first day of work.

Placed an order for delivery. Last couple of times it took over an hour to get the food. But tonight when I order I never received my food. Called the first time and said it was out for delivery. When I called back they said they never received my order.

Although the sandwiches are delicious, The last couple times ordering from this location has been SLOW! Over an hour and half wait for an over priced lunch meat sandwich. I order delivery at work where I’m less than 5 minutes from the store. Do better Jimmy Johns.

Although our sandwiches were good, we ordered online for delivery and it took 1 1/2 hours for our food to be delivered. At an hour we called the store to ask about our order when the order tracker had been saying out for delivery for almost 30 minutes (we live 5 minutes from the store). The young man who answered the phone said they had one delivery driver and he was out with 6 orders to deliver. 30 minutes later we finally got our food. I order from my office sometimes, also about five minutes away and the last few times either for time to deliver or quality of food, I have been disappointed.
