I had a Vito with all the fixings and a drink and jalapeno chips. It was delicious. The seasoning and vinaigrette dressing already on it was so delicious that I didn’t even use the included mustard. The jalapeno chips complimented the sandwich perfectly. The service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again.

Please do yourselves a favor and get your sandwiches from Jimmy Johns and NOT Subway in Jacksonville, AL. Subway’s employees are rude and the food is definitely not high quality. Jimmy Johns will treat you right and you know your food will be high quality. There’s a reason that Subway is in financial straights right now. It’s not all because of the pandemic.

The food was delightful. My problem was I place to order online and it took over an hour and still no message our email saying that stuff is ready .I called them and the girl said oh yeah we forgot to send the message or the email my problem is you need to get people that works in your company know what they’re doing instead of young little girls are young boys playing around and stuff instead of doing their job that’s the only problem with Jimmy John’s they had people that needs to grow up and know how to work in a business and the owner needs to check their employees very well and make sure they’re doing what they’re supposed to do or this manager instead of him playing around instead of calling people letting them know their order is ready I should not had to wait no hour for my order and then I had to call to see if it was ready they’re supposed to send me a message or email shame on you Jimmy John. And I think it’s really cute send me a message at 6:33 p.m. and saying my order is ready and I called at 4:25 p.m. and place my order they think that’s a joke to do customers like that the owner of this company really needs to check their workers out

The guys working around 3pm today were OUTSTANDING! So very patient with my 10 year and me being our first time. She wanted a certain kind of meat they didn’t have so I whispered to one that she wouldn’t know the difference with the other kind to just put it on there and they all 3 played the part very well for me! Making a late lunch easy!

Jimmy John’s is my go to for sandwiches. They have a great app and great customer service every time. The drivers are very professional too, and I usually get my order within 15 minutes or less even though I am on the opposite side of town. Of course, The Veggie is my favorite!

I ordered from here to be delivered to eat for dinner tonight for my girlfriend and I , after I ordered they called and said they were out of French bread and we had to wait an extra 25-30 minutes to get the bread we wanted so we could get our sandwiches made, then when the food finally did arrive, after about an hour of waiting when we live 10 minutes from the restaurant, they got my order completely wrong and reversed. I asked for no onion and the only thing on the sandwich besides the meat was onion and the bread was hard and didn’t seem fresh at all. There was hair on my girlfriend’s sandwich as well, this was a waste of money and a waste of time. We could have gone to Subway and gotten food 10 dollars cheaper and 10 times better than the food we got here. Very disappointed and will not go back

This place cuts their menu sign off at 7 o’clock to try and make you think they are closed even though they are supposed to be open super late On weekends and pretty late on weeknights. When you go up to the sign that’s turned off They don’t say anything for about two minutes and just look at you from inside of the store Like it’s not absolutely obvious that You can see them Doing this. I guess its to make people feel stupid for pulling up when the sign is off So that they don’t have to work and make your order. They literally want you to pull off so they make it awkward. Then when you do get them to answer you they sound Like you are burdening them by making them do their job. Almost like when you walk into a restaurant when it’s about the close, Except Jimmy John’s doesn’t close for another three hours and they Don’t like that they have to do their job past 7 o’clock o’clock at night. I get it doing closing tasksTakes a while but you’re open Till You’re closed. If you’re not going to try and serve people past seven disclose at 7 o’clock. It’s not an accident they turn their sign off, No one just forgets, They simply Don’t want to do their job And turn it off to make it seem like they are closed already. I’m not sure if the people working there understand that if they don’t have any sales past seven they’re not going to be able to keep their jobs because there’ll be no reason to give them hours to work past 7 o’clock. Quiznos was once in that building and they had to close up shop because the people working there were also lazy as heck. It’s going to be your own fault when y’all can’t stay open because you’re not making a profit because you runoff business by being lazy and rude. I’m going to start uploading photos of their sign being off while they are open 🙂
