The worker, Jehki, who took my order was VERY polite, friendly, and customer service oriented. I just wanted the unwich but she asked me did I want to add a drink, chips, or cookie to my order which I declined. She also asked me was I a rewards member and explained to me the benefits of becoming a rewards member. I had a short wait time while my order was fixed and I like the fact that everyone had on masks and gloves adhering to safety precautions.

when i am able to get a sandwich they are great, but several times now i go into the shop and am told its going to be 30-40 mins ( really? for a sub) or end up waiting because they are making tons of on line orders. So someone who actually walks into your brick and mortar store gets screwed so you can make sure those are getting filled quickly. Im glad i haven’t seen the “ freaky fast” commercials for a while because that would be a lie. Boy ole Jimmy L. would be fuming right now if he knew how his stores are handling things.

Honestly the way most food chains these days go, I don’t expect much, but this JJ’s actually made an impression, enough for me to come here and write a review about it. The cashier was amiable and the other workers looked generally happy. That sandwich came FAST, too. Props to the manager, this place runs smooth.
