The driver, Courtney, delivered my food to the wrong hotel (one of two across the street). She didn’t even realize she made the mistake when I called to find out why my food was taking over an hour to be delivered. She was adamant that she got it to the correct place but she did not. Mistakes happen, but she then doubled down (I checked the address it was correct).

I ordered online and needed to use the bathroom. There’s no signage in the store, I asked if they had a restroom and was told ‘no’. Very odd because I called the customer service number and they told me every store has a bathroom. Seems discriminatory. Won’t be back.
