I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s in a while, so we went ahead and grabbed a turkey Tom and a pickle for dinner. The bread was French style. They have really good bread. The pickle was good, too. Oversized. It did not take long to get the food. It was ready right when we got there. The staff are very nice and attentive. There were no issues with parking either, but on a busy day, I’ve seen this lot full. The price is just under $10 per person so, not too bad. I haven’t had any issues with this location. I see myself coming back quite often. I’d recommend that you do too.

I really want to like this one because they taste good but unfortunately customer service is not good. We had a delivery order and they messed up one of the sandwiches. We ordered a veggie and they gave us one with ham and no Guac. I called back and they said they would make another one and they did. No apology from the store nor from the delivery driver. Just a dry face like I inconvenienced them. But lastly, look at how much Guac they gave us on a veggie sandwich they originally messed up. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. Very unfortunate.

PLEASE put some shades on the windows. Tried to sit at the table across from the drink machine and could not even set my hands down. Easily 100 or more degrees on that black counter top baking in the TN sun.

The last 3 delivery orders have been wrong- either multiple ingredients missing or random ones added. We’ve been ordering from here for a long time but for some reason they can’t get it right anymore. Very disappointed.

Sloppy and careless. Received two sandwiches that didn’t have much on them besides the bread. One of the two had chicken after we had specifically requested no chicken, despite it being printed on the receipt. We called and were told a replacement for the sandwich that was supposed to be meatless would be sent out, only to receive yet ANOTHER sandwich with chicken on it. I’m vegetarian! This entire experience was incredibly unsatisfactory and disappointing. We love Jimmy John’s but I can’t say that we’ll continue to visit this location after this experience.

Delivery takes FOREVER from this location. I live a mile and a half from the store and delivery ALWAYS takes between 1-2 hours! When you call and ask about it, the response is always “we only have one driver and they got in an accident.” I believed it the first time.. but I highly doubt that’s the case for every order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Freaky slow. Typically they only have one employee working. Took 10 min for 4 sandwiches. This doesn’t resonate like other locations. Employees go from making sandwiches, answering phones, asking patients customers to wait to place their order. Pick up the pace, it’s your companies moto.
