I use the app to preorder from this location quite often. I recommend the Gargantuan

First time customer and last time. I added the mustard. There were 2 slices of Turkey and 3 half slices of tomato on hard bread.

Very clean place. Atmosphere was ok. Reminded me of a standard Subway restaurant only bigger. The food was pretty quick. I did appreciate the promptness although everyone behind the counter was pretty quiet and not very friendly. But at least the sandwiches were good. Definitely good if you’re ordering to go. First impressions were not much. I’ll have to go there a few more times to see if this is a constant theme.

The guy said it would be a while before we could be served because systems were down. No idea what that means or how long, he seemed unconcerned. We left & wont return

The best customer service ever! (Total pregnancy brain moment) but I left my wallet in the bathroom when I had washed my hands, definitely an “oh sh**” moment, and truth is, it had my rent money in it, plus the other normal wallet stuff, this amazing gentleman took my wallet and kept it safe, went next door to boost (my husband had just been in there for service) and found my phone number to track me down to get my wallet back to me, now talk about above and beyond!! I gave him a bit of my extra cash as a gratitude token, but really this dude deserves a raise if not more! Shout out to you jimmy Johns! Damn good people!

If zero stars could be given this location would have it. My sister-in-law was at the hospital giving birth to twins and hadn’t eaten from 4am that morning until someone else delivered food about 8pm or later that same day. An order was placed about 7:15-7:20pm local time and not 10-15 minutes later a call was placed saying that they were “out of bread” and cancelled the order. The next day my mother-in-law had ordered from the same restaurant and found out that Jimmy John’s had in fact NOT run out of bread, but in fact that the workers/teenagers were unwilling to deliver food to the hospital 30 minutes before closing and gave a terrible excuse as to why my family couldn’t eat dinner that evening. If you’re not going to deliver the order do not allow online orders to be placed close to closing time. It took another hour for food to be delivered from an alternate restaurant.

Curbside ordering, very convenient. Order, pull up, park and put on your blinkers. Once you let them know you’re there, they will deliver your order to your car.

Ate lunch here and it was well staffed, quick and friendly! We ate outside because our daughter was eating McDonald’s lol, but the Manager was so sweet, he came out and spoke with our daughter and even brought her a free cookie! His act of kindness really made our day! The food as well was spot on and a dependably great eat!

Weird experience in customer service. I ordered a #4 and waited about 15 minutes. They were busy and there was quite a line. Usually they are pretty quick, but the clock was ticking, and I had to get back to work. Besides, it’s always a good idea to check after some time in case your order might have been missed. Standard stuff. So I politely asked, “Probably be a few more minutes?” The kid making the sandwiches exploded. He went on about that I couldn’t see how busy they were? Really freaky. I said, “Whoa, friend. Just a simple question, didn’t mean anything more.” Sandwich finally came. A lot of raised eyebrows from the customers. No other words spoken, just slapped the sandwich down. Really not cool. I am disappointed at the poor lack of training to politely respond. Maybe, “Hey, so sorry. I got your #4 in about 5 more minutes” would have been more civilized.
