I was given a free sub because I had a problem with the bread. The owner must have worked with the store as the sub was scrumptious, mouth watering and great. Plus the owner personally contacted me, how great is that. I’ll be getting all my subs from there now as also the staff was friendly, professional and fast.

The past two experiences i have had here have been terrible. The first time ordered at 11am, and HOUR before my lunch break. When i called, the employee was very apologetic and nice about the delay so i understood. The next time i ordered at 11am, an HOUR in advance again and my food did not get to me until 12:45. Both occasions my sandwiches were soggy and i didn’t even get to eat them due to my lunch break being over an hour prior to receiving it. I get there is a lunch rush, but that is a little ridiculous. My location each time is max 5 minutes away from the store. This store is most definitely not Freaky Fast. I will not be ordering from here again due to the inaccurate representation of their delivery time frame and my soggy sandwiches.

First off the website wouldn’t let me use any of my debit cards to pay, kept saying they weren’t approved. So I type my card number in trying to bypass that, the second attempt still said it wouldn’t work. I close the website only to be greeted with a charge from Jimmy John’s to the card they said wouldn’t work, which would’ve been fine, except I didn’t get an order number or any confirmation of my order being placed. I proceeded to wait my entire 30 minute lunch break to see if this food would show up, which I wouldn’t have had to do if somebody in this store would have picked up the phone. Speaking of which while I was waiting I called the store at least twenty times back to back, with no response. My crew mate also ordered and was charged for food, that didn’t get made or delivered. This is horrible service if I could give 0 stars I would. I will be sticking to Subway for any future sandwiches, due in full to my experience with this store.

I have spent so much money at this store in the past two years. I have never been treated as badly as I was today by the staff here. The short black girl at the register was incredibly rude to me for no reason whatsoever. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her and she was too busy goofing off with the black guy who was behind the counter out of uniform. I won’t come back here if this is how I’m going to be treated, I’ll spend my money somewhere else.I called the store and spoke to the store manager, she was rude as well and she pretty much told me that she knew the girl is always rude but she wasn’t going to do anything about it because they don’t have any staff to replace her.

They need to teach their employees sone hygiene and friendliness. Watched employees pick trash off the floor then sweep and proceed to wait on customers without washing hands. One employee handed me my cup by the lip with her unwashed hands and became offended because when I requested another cup. She put the old cup back on the rack for next customer.
