Placed an order with the app, no one answered the drive thru so I gave up and went inside instead. It took a full 4 minutes before any of the 5 employees, 3 of which were chatting, greeted me and ask what I needed. I also watched an employee straight sneeze directly into a sandwich they were making a just keep going down the line with it and wrap it up. Like. Whoa y’all. I closely watched my sandwich being made but was still seriously considering noping out after that. Also, took 23 minutes to get my sandwich from the time ordered so nothing freaky fast about that.

They advertise “Freeky Fast” for this location it’s more like annoyingly SLOW! I ordered on the app to save time. They couldn’t find it even after showing them my app order. The worker touched my phone with the same gloves they use to prep food! DISGUSTING!! Some they can’t find the print of my order I had to pay for it again! I was charged twice!!! They need people who actually knows what the hell they are doing! This is the worst location out of all the Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Just gross! And horrible workers!

Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru, and when we decided to just go in to order the two people (the lady and the young man) working were acting super super weird and shaky (as if they were either withdrawing from some kind of drug or using). The lady said she has 4 sandwiches to make and it will be a 35 minute wait. We drove 20 minutes to and back to this location and we’ve never experienced this at another jimmy johns.

Soooooo slow. The food is good if you ever get it. I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches which is why I’ve been to this one multiple times but they never get any better. I doubt I’ll ever be back to this location which is sad.

Only 2 people working and both seemed to be on hard drugs. Took 40 minutes for them to fulfill no more than 7 orders (no big orders either). Very bad experience and definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Out of all the stores in Knoxville this has got to be the worst. Consistently doesn’t have staff consistently doesn’t have drivers consistently runs out of bread consistently over an hour hour-and-a-half to complete an order. At this point the signage is just for decoration.
