Their bread sets them apart and above the rest. Also I really enjoy their app. Always easy to get free stuff like a bag of chips or a cookie, etc. They’re super fast too. And I like the drive up option so I don’t have to get in line. They bring it out. Sweet. My favorite is the Vito. Great sammich.

Once I saw a bunch of kids playing with a nurf gun when I walked in, I didn’t even expect much. Old bread, lacking meat, tasted old etc. they didn’t even cut the pickle right. If I was the owner, I’d have cleaned house. Might be a good idea because it’s a far cry from the one next to Whole Foods.

I order 2 regular gargantuan add bacon with extra mayo on one. I get to the window and ask if they marked the one with extra mayo. The reply I get is, “no”. I then ask, “how do I know which is which”? Reply, “it will be thicker”. What?!? Gem of the day.

What an absolute nightmare of a store. My order was over 90 minutes late even though the app said delivered for 45 min. I called to cancel and was told I would receive a refund. Here we are, 30 days after and after multiple calls and emails to both corporate, the area manager AND the store, I have no refund and have wasted time dealing with this store. When it was dropped off nearly 2 hours late (outside my unlocked office door), it was missing half the order. ******STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE*****.
