Bread was hard as a rock on the bottom. Actually cut the roof of my mouth attempting to take a bite. I didn’t ask for cheese on this sandwich and was charged for it. I have a dairy allergy… The worst part was no one apologized to me when I returned this sandwich. You could knock on the bottom of the bread. I’ve never returned food in my 40 years of living, that’s how terrible it was.

Upon arrival at the Farragut location I noticed a ridiculous long line at drive through which is understandable, so I decided I will go in to order food. When I walk in, the lobby is empty and the employees are all behind the counter making sandwiches. No greeting or since of urgency to get the orders done or to receive them. The employee I spoke to could only offer a face and attitude that said I hate my job. I don’t know what happened to this company but you are now giving Sub-way vibes.

I first went to order online but the site would not function properly so then I called. I attempted to order a #12 and was told they were out of the 8″ french bread and asked if I’d be okay w/ wheat. I prefer the french bread so I inquired if there was another size of french bread available. He said yes, a “little john” which was 6″. I said that would be fine, I’d like the #12 on that bread. He then proceeded to tell me it would cost me extra to add cheese and add avocado for the similar sandwich they sell under that category. I told him that didn’t make sense to me – they were the ones out of the french bread in the appropriate size, why would I be charged extra to have the sandwich I wanted on the smaller size? That is ridiculous – you want me to pay extra to have a smaller sandwich? I haven’t had Jimmy Johns in literally 4-years. Thank you for reminding me why.

I went inside to eat and even though I was the only customer inside I stood there for almost 10 mins while i watched 7 employees look at me and just ignore me. I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to get service and the girl said no someone will be with you soon. I watched 6 cars go through the drive thru that came up after I had already been standing there. Complete disregard for customer service. That alone makes me not want to eat there again. Oh and the tomatoes were old and mushy.

My wife just ordered a beach club to go and when we sat down to eat, we find that there’s no meat on the sandwich. So I call Jimmy John’s to have them deliver a another one with meat on it this time… but unfortunately we reside less than a mile west of Campbell Station Rd (which is their limit). So then I decided it’s just not worth driving back to pick it up and asked for a refund to my card… then find out they didn’t staple a receipt to the bag. So I’m just out the cost of a sandwich… not the end of the world, but it would’ve been nice to at least to get an apology and an exception to the delivery policy. Won’t be coming here again.

This has got to be the worst JJ in the system. This isn’t the first, second, or third time we’ve had an issue. I placed an order through the app at 8:19pm on 7/25 for pickup inside by 9pm. My husband arrived to pick it up for me at 9:08 and the doors were locked, which is fine. Just don’t leave it as an option online. He went through the drive thru to be greeted at the speaker by “Hello?” He proceeds to tell the person he is there to pick up and online order. After about a minute or two pause he says, “Pull up”. No conversation was had. The order wasn’t ready and was prepared when he arrived. He triple checked the order and seemed confused. Handed my husband and my husband said “you have a great day!” The only reason I ordered from here is they were the only thing open that late. We like the food, but everything else is going downhill. If this was the first time, I’d over look it, but it’s not gotten any better.
