Don’t get me wrong I love Jimmy John’s subs but there managers are not doing there jobs I ordered a Vito for delivery when I received it it was awefull had 3 tomato 3 thinly slices of capicola no salami at all called the manager said she would make another and send it to me when I received the new sub it was worse same setup as before but this time just a sprinkle of lettuce got in contact with customer service to no avail total waste of time and money

I come to Jimmy John’s a lot. I don’t mind when my unwich turns out to be a sandwich. I don’t mind when my ranch is forgotten. I do, however, mind ordering the new chicken sandwich, and there not being any chicken on it. I didn’t realize until I had gotten my lunch break at work (night shift) and after a couple bites, noticed there was no chicken on my sandwich. I got home, and checked the other sandwich I ordered, and it was made the same way.I’ve uploaded a picture showing what my order looked like. What a rotten experience with this location.

I ordered a Cubano. I got maybe two slices of ham, couldn’t taste the dijon mustard and if I hadn’t caught it and moved some of the (admittedly generous) bacon the last two bites would have been nothing but a single pickle and mayo.

Dad had surgery and was recovering in ICU. I didn’t want to leave the hospital. I saw flyers from Jimmy John’s that said they delivered. I ordered online and in about 10 minutes I had my food which was very good. Thanks!

Love this place! Bread is always fresh, sandwiches are well worth the price, friendly service every time I go! We favor the Gargantuan, even though I eat off one two or three times, LoL…oh, and the pickles, are a meal by tgemselves.
