Great service, but the sandwich maker was rushing to try and get the order done before I had even paid for it which led to him using the wrong bread on my sub. But, he gladly remade it and it was delicious, so 4 stars it is!

Decent subs. Better than subway but that’s about it. They deliver “freaky fast,” which is true. But they only deliver within seemingly feet of their building so that’s why. At one point in life I worked at the opposite end of the parking lot I work at now. They delivered there but not here. I get it, “freaky fast.” My knock on rating isn’t on that.

Just wanted to make sure that an employee was recognized on 11.18.21. His name was Brad. I was traveling from Ohio back to Texas stop and get something to eat and stayed in a hotel before I went home and Brad made it very very nice and welcoming and had great customer service. We had a travel mishap where we needed to get a tire replaced, so we walked to the local jimmy johns. Our little dog, yeti, is with us, so we needed to eat outside. The folks made the order perfectly, and provided an umbrella for the table along with some water for our furry companion. A big shout out to the staff for their help and welcome. Thank you!
