I lov there food. But would never go to the one in oxford again. Used to buy there bread an the sandwich’s. They raised there price from 2.50 to 4.99 on there bread. I checked other Jimmy Johns an none of them do this. I will never buy anything form them again at this location. Total ripoff.

Wish I could give this restaurant a 0! This is the second time having a customer care issue with the poorly trained staff and management at this place. They are lazy and don’t want to work and make up their own policies that are not stated at all in Jimmy Johns website when it comes to delivery. Literally refused service to me when trying to purchase multiple fountain drinks because we were not also purchasing food and then could not figure out how to cancel my order to keep payment from pending right away.

Staff is rude, not prepared and unorganized. They ran out of bread during a slow time of year for them. Had nearly a dozen people working but no bread. I’m sure the owner of the store loves that. They refused to accommodate my sandwich request using other types of bread they had in stock. This felt spiteful from the staff towards me. Would not recommend.

The sandwiches were disgusting like the business at this location. I’m not sure if Sam works there anymore but he was great 2020 and 2021. We were traveling from Texas, and this is by far the worst location. Is everyone from Mississippi suffering from an impariment or disorder. Not to mention the gross people taking the order spitting from the mouth.

Great sandwiches, lots of options, usually very fast, clean store, a little pricy but worth it. The staff always greets me when I enter and wishes me well when I leave. I love a good sandwich and I’m kind of particular about the way I want it and they always get it right! The only negative I have is that they had to quit caring sprouts for a while, but now they’re BACK! Yay!!!
