I love Jimmy John’s!! They slice the meat right there and the staff is nice! On this trip the guy checking us out was new and kept apologizing for asking for help. I told him, just slow down, take your time because I work retail too and I know how every system is different! He did great!

We love JJ In general and eat at JJ all over the southeast. Multiple issues with this location. We did a call-in pickup order for 4 different sandwiches and got it from their drive-thru (which was the best part of the order) while passing through town. However the sandwiches had ONE slice of meat each. Like so thin you can see through it. Like 1/4 less than every other JJ sandwich I’ve ever had. My daughter (whose favorite food is JJ) remarked that the bread on hers was so hard she had to stop eating it. When we got home, I look at the receipt and see they charged us $1 extra for cheese on THREE sandwiches that come with cheese STANDARD according to their own menu. Infuriating. We will continue to eat at JJ but will avoid this location. I’ll also check every sandwich and every receipt from JJ before leaving the premises.

Stopped in today for the first time since first ordering from them online mostly. Super clean and friendly restaurant, the staff is swift and courteous. Was getting bored of “eat fresh” down the street with their lackluster service and the condiments for subs. Whether you order online or stop on in, be prepared for fresh eating, friendly service, good meal and not just a snack.

I love Jimmy Johns way too much. Sandwiches to suit me are very plain and they fix it just like I like. Recently I’ve been getting the pickle instead of chips. They will give it to you whole, halved, or quartered. It’s a good crunchy pickle. It’s a perfect side for a fantastic sandwich!

The food is just horrible the bread has always been so hard you can bearly bit into it and it’s not wide enough to hold the topping I guess you’d call it ,also very limited choices compared to just about every other sub place please just save your money and go to Firehouse subs or even Subway… Jimmy John’s is truly inedible and I really tried to like them but everyone I know agrees you can’t even chew the freaking bread
